I have been caring for newborns since 2002. Based in Carlsbad, I work to bring peace and rest back to exhausted families throughout California and nationwide.
Baby Encyclopedia, Newborn Care Specialist (AKA Night Nurse, Night Nanny), Postpartum Doula, Holistic Sleep Consultant and Safe Sleep Ambassador offers overnight support to sleep deprived parents! I provide the highest level of care for your family during the 4th trimester, build confidence in your parenting skills, establish a routine that works with your baby's natural rhythm and temperament, and gently sleep condition your newborn to sleep through the night by 10-12 weeks.
I love helping with the transition to having a baby, and solving the wonderfully challenging situations that come with raising newborns! Empowering new parents with the information and skills needed to effectively raise their little one is one of the most rewarding things about my career.
